What counts toward my text allowance?
Daily tasks, reminders, and our coaching replies all count toward the 100 outgoing-text allowance. The allowance resets each calendar month on both plans, including annual. Unused texts do not roll over. No automatic overage charges.
How does the coaching work?
Get a small decluttering task at your chosen time. Reply STUCK for a smaller step, SWAP for a different task, or DONE to mark it complete. Keeping something intentionally counts, too.
Can I cancel or take a break?
Cancel renewal anytime. Access continues through your paid period unless you opt out of texts or delete your account. You can pause reminders whenever you need a break; pausing reminders does not pause billing.
Is there a free trial?
There’s no free SMS trial. The browser demo is free to try and does not need your phone number.
Will it work on my phone?
Hoard Patrol works through text messages on US mobile numbers. No extra app to download. Message and data rates may apply.
